PET ENVY

 

Pet Envy was founded by songwriters Shelbi Albert and Jake Diggity. Alongside core members Matthew Singler (Drums) Blaise Gratton (Keyboards), and Yata Graves (Bass) the band is known for its powerful vocals, distinctive melodies, and their unique blend of pop, rnb, and indie-rock. Well known for their energetic live performances, they have received many accolades including best pop band at the Nashville Industry Music Awards. Native Magazine has called Pet Envy “The most fun live band to come out of Nashville in years.” Their music has been featured in two episodes of the Showtime hit series Shameless and has found themselves in rotation on the AAA station of the year, WRLT Lightning 100. They are currently working with various producers to create and release their first full length record. Leading with the new singles Magic's Gone and Heavy, produced by Jason Wade and Steve Stout ( Lifehouse/ØZWALD ), they continue to work in studios between Nashville and Los Angeles. They have featured tracks with legendary musicians including Jeff Coffin ( Dave Matthews Band ) and Roy Agee ( Prince ) as well as worked with producers Joshua Reynolds ( Little Big Town ) and Femke ( Belle Mt. ) on their single Slower. The band's latest singles Ghost Child, Swords, and Avalon are at the hands of Owen B. Lewis ( Old Sea Brigade/Jon Reynolds & The Aches).
